Hi! Welcome to my archive. I made this as a way to keep track of all the things I’ve made under the name Lariatel. It’s easier for me to discontinue items from my store if I know they still at least have a home here. They’re not completely lost to time that way. It’s also fun to see my own progress and change over the years. Whoever you are, thanks for stopping by!
2023
This is the year I started posting as Lariatel. I’ve actually been actively posting my art on the internet since I was in middle school. But under different names. Lariatel is when I started considering I could make a business related to my art online.
2024
In 2024 I became more confident that selling my art was actually possible, viable even. It was really wild seeing people actually liked my stuff enough for that. I also started getting into events and learning how to sell in person. I’m not a very social person, at all, so this part of things was and still is difficult for me. But I still feel really happy and amazed knowing that people like the things I create, it really does help me feel encouraged to keep sharing my art. So thank you :)
2025
This year was very stressful for me, but also helped me learn a lot. Some of my items started to do really well, and I struggled to keep up with it. I was unable to post consistently and felt burned out for most of the year. I also went to Anime Expo, I was ecstatic to get in but it was also a huge source of stress. But at the end of the year, I got to take a trip to Japan, which had been a life long dream for me. Now looking back on 2025, despite difficulties, I think it was a really good year for personal growth.
